1. Which countries do you ship your products to?
Currently, we are only shipping within the US and US territories.
2. How is the delivery time calculated?
When processing with your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
- Order Processing and Production time:
- After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order and this process often takes 1-3 business days.
- Shipping carrier timelines:
- Delivery carriers have now implemented social distancing policies. This means that during your delivery you will no longer be asked to sign an electronic device on delivery and their staff will not physically hand the parcel to you

3. How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on your location and the total weight of the order. The minimum shipping fee will be $6.99 unless the order is over $100, which will automatically trigger our free shipping offer.
Please ensure all address information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for additional information prior to shipping, which can cause delays in delivering. If your order is shipped and returned back to us due to a wrong address, we will have to re-charge you the shipping fee to re-ship the item to the proper address.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. As part of your email to us, include photos of the items that are damaged or incorrect, as well as photos of the packaging if it is damaged as well. Typically, replacements are shipped via Priority mail within 24 hours of reviewing your claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of personalized or custom designed items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
